ACS 150

ABB ACS150 series drives are manufactured with a power range between 0,37 – 4 kW and designed for basic applications in the machinery building industry. Thanks to their optimum features, these drives are user friendly and readily available.

ACS355

ABB ACS355 series drives are manufactured with a power range between 0,37 – 22 kW and designed for machinery building. They are ideal for general applications such as food, material conveyance, textile, printing, plastics and woodworking. They are designed to offer convenience for installation into the panelboard and commissioning. Their programmable functionality minimizes the need for PLCs and similar controllers. ACS355 drives control asynchronous and servo motor in speed and torque modes.

ACS850

The new drive from ABB, ACS850 fully meets your needs both in machinery building and process industries with its high performance proven even under the most harsh operating conditions. Delivering perfect results in motor control from 1.1 to 400 kW, ACS850 is a true performance drive with high startup torque and precise speed and torque control at low speeds enabled by the new generation Direct Torque Control (DTC) technology. With its compact structure that allows side-by-side installation, built-in energy saving calculator and user-friendly assistant software, ACS850 helps you overcome all the challenges.

ACSM1

ABB ACS855 series drives are manufactured with a power range between 0.75 – 160 kW and allow you to perform various functions, such as motion control, positioning, synchronization and speed and torque control, which may be required for machines by driving either a servo motor or asynchronous motor thanks to ACSM1. Maximize energy savings with common DC bus setup, while the built-in PLC which is programmable by the function block eliminates the requirement for an external controller. The compact structure that allows side-by-side installation and the built-in braking chopper provide advantage in panelboard design.

ACS310

ABB ACS310 series drives are manufactured with a power range between 0,37 – 22 kW and specifically designed for variable torque applications such as sequential pumps and fans. The multi-pump and -fan control can be achieved with a single drive, depending on the pressure, flow and temperature. They provide comfort and energy saving in booster pump systems, submersible pumps, circulation pumps and fans. As standard, the drive also includes the firmware containing pump protection functions.

ACS550-01

ABB ACS550-01 series drives are manufactured with a power range between 0.75 – 160 kW and offer convenience for installation, commission and dimensioning. With many options featured as standard, they provide substantial savings from panelboard cost and time. The product fulfills speed and torque control in AC motors with high functionality. The energy efficiency software provides shorter response times and more accurate reporting in efficiency projects.

ACH550-01

ABB ACH550-01 series drives are manufactured with a power range between 0.75 – 160 kW and developed for heating-cooling and ventilation applications. ACH550 drives offer full integration with the building’s automation system through major fast and easy-to-program HVAC protocols, such as BACnet, NS, Modbus, which are supported by this series as standard. Compared to conventional methods, HVAC drives are far superior in system control, low noise level and energy savings, etc.

ACQ810

ABB ACQ810 series drives are manufactured with a power range between 1.1 – 400 kW and specifically designed for water and waste water applications. As standard, ACQ810 drives support pump control functions that are specifically designed for single and multi-pump systems. These functions reduce undue loss of throughput and maximize energy efficiency, ensuring a proper and smooth functioning of water and waste water processes. The pump-specific functionalities of drives reduce the service life cost of the pump system and help save time and money.

ACS800 (-04 -11 -31 -07 -07LC -17 -17LC -37 -37LC)

ABB ACS800 series drives are manufactured with a power range between 1.5 – 5.600 kW and specifically designed for process industry applications such as iron-steel, cement, paper and petrochemicals. They meet all the requirements for your application with several standard and optional fittings. The DTC (Direct Torque Control) technology, which provides more accurate and faster motor control than the closed loop vector control without an encoder, brings advantages to your projects.

DCS400

ABB DCS400 series drives are manufactured with a power range between 9 – 522 kW and intended for the machinery builders to meet the requirements for DC motor drives. DCS400 digitally controlled drive is a friendly-user product and can be commissioned easily thanks to its commissioning assistant available as standard and its compact structure and ready-to-use application macros.
